Ms Gunjan Kaur

Counseling Psychologist

An empathetic counselling psychologist. She follows an eclectic and client-centred approach. The approach is holistic because the body and mind are interconnected. During therapy, she aims to provide her clients with unconditional positive regard and works towards creating a safe and non-judgmental space.

About Me

I am an empathetic Counseling psychologist who believes your mind and body are deeply interconnected. I offer a space where you can explore your experiences fully, knowing all parts of you are welcome. We will collaborate to understand your unique needs, drawing on various approaches to find balance. My aim is for you to feel truly seen and accepted, fostering your innate capacity for growth.

Approach

You’ll notice attention to both physical responses and personal history as we gently map what keeps you stuck and what helps you move. Sessions in Delhi or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, are paced to your rhythm—some weeks we reflect and name patterns, other weeks we use targeted exercises to shift reactions between sessions. I blend careful, trauma-informed processing with practical, relationship-focused experiments so insights become usable habits. This way of working often suits adults and couples seeking steady, grounded change.
