Greg

Mr Greg Radcliffe

Counselor

I am an empathic and experienced counsellor qualified to work with adults.

About Me

I offer a calm, confidential space where adults can explore their concerns without judgment. I am here to support you in gently making sense of challenging feelings or difficult life transitions. We will work at your own pace, focusing on what feels most important for you to explore. This collaborative approach helps individuals feel understood and supported, finding clarity and new ways forward.

Approach

With an empathic, steady presence I guide sessions toward practical insight and small, achievable steps so you can notice patterns without feeling overwhelmed. I work from Halesworth in Suffolk and offer sessions in English, including online, so we can keep momentum between meetings. In therapy we explore triggers, practise new responses, and I may offer brief coaching or advocacy-focused guidance to support changes in daily life. This way of working often suits adults dealing with anxiety, grief, identity or stress who want a collaborative, paced approach.
