About Me

My practice is informed by a deep interest in understanding what shapes us. I offer a collaborative space where we work at your pace to explore your unique story and experiences, together uncovering patterns and insights to help you to understand yourself more fully and navigate life's challenges.

Approach

Curiosity about how we become who we are shapes the way I work. More specifically, I’m particularly interested in the role our early life experiences play in shaping our sense of Self and our idea of the world, as well as the influence of our unconscious in our lives. Sessions are attentive, exploratory and paced to what feels manageable for you, with space to notice connections between past and present. I consult with English-speaking adults from my Cape Town practice and online. Through careful listening, reflective questions and gentle challenge, whilst holding developmental experiences in mind, we track patterns around transitions, loss, relationships and mood to create the potentially new, different choices in life.
