DR GLENN

Dr DR GLENN MASON

Counseling Psychologist

I have worked in the helping profession since 2001, supporting people to overcome the challenges they can face in their life.

About Me

Drawing on over two decades in the helping profession, I offer a steady, collaborative space. Here, we can explore life's challenges together. We work to understand difficult feelings and find practical ways forward. My aim is to help you gain clarity and discover your own strengths. Clients often value this grounded support and sense of partnership, navigating their path with renewed confidence.

Approach

Since 2001 my work focuses on clear, collaborative steps that help you manage distress and build practical coping for day-to-day life. I see adults and couples in Belfast and online in English, and sessions tend to be paced, focused and responsive — mixing structured assessment, CBT-informed techniques and space for reflection, with brief tasks between meetings when helpful. For those navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic illness or relationship strain this approach aims to restore agency and steady progress.
