About Me

I am a Professional Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Evesham, Worcestershire, United Kingdom. I provide counselling for relationship issues, abuse recovery, life transitions, anger, and anxiety. I offer a confidential and safe space, along with clear steps you can follow between sessions.

Approach

A steady, respectful relationship becomes the engine for practical change as we map your concerns into clear, manageable steps. Sessions take place from my Worcestershire room or online, paced to suit adolescents, adults, couples and older clients, with simple tasks you can use between meetings. I blend exploration of meaning with focused skills-building to help you process abuse, grief, anger or shifting life roles. Many people find this direct, compassionate way of working helpful when they need clarity and steady progress.

Basic Information

Services

My practice is in person and online, offering short and long-term counselling. My style of counselling is looking at the whole person, considering your mental, physical and emotional needs. As a therapist, I will work with you to build a trusting, non-judgemental relationship where you will feel seen, heard and understood. Working collaboratively supports you in developing your awareness of your thoughts, behaviours, and triggers from past trauma that might not be helpful. I work with the assumption that my clients seek resolution to their difficulties, and I believe this strongly enables them to grow and develop their inner resources and become more confident in processing a bereavement or situations and recognise what choices they may have to move forward.
