About Me

Life as an English-speaking professional in the Netherlands can bring unique pressures. If you are navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, or significant career and life transitions, I offer dedicated support. We will explore your challenges in a warm, professional space, focusing on practical ways to build resilience. Sessions are available online or in-person, designed to fit your schedule and help you find clarity.

Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. As an English-speaking, NFG-registered psychologist, I combine evidence-based methods (such as CBT and ACT) with more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience. I work mostly with young adults and professionals who feel anxious, stressed, burned out, or stuck in life or career transitions, helping them make sense of what is happening emotionally and physically, and then translate that insight into realistic next steps. Sessions are tailored to your needs and pace – whether you’re looking for a focused one-time session for clarity on a specific issue or ongoing therapy to build resilience and long-term change.

Basic Information

Services

I specialise in supporting young adults and professionals who are navigating stress, anxiety, and work–life balance challenges. Many of my clients are dealing with work stress, burnout or boreout, perfectionism, and high expectations (from themselves or others). I also work with life transitions such as career changes, relocation, relationship difficulties, parenthood, and the pressures of high-responsibility roles. In addition, I support clients experiencing low mood, loss of motivation, grief and loss, and adjustment difficulties related to living and working in a new country. All sessions are offered in English and are tailored to the needs of international and locally based professionals in the Netherlands.
