About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist, I help individuals and families navigate life's toughest challenges. I support clients seeking sustainable recovery from addiction, or those processing profound loss, grief, and bereavement. For children and adolescents, I focus on helping young people voice their feelings and build vital coping skills. My approach centres on creating a safe, collaborative space where feelings can be openly explored and understood. This tailored support helps clients find their way forward.

Approach

Specialising in addiction, loss and young people’s struggles, I structure work so progress is concrete and emotionally honest, helping you move step by step. In Kisumu I meet in English or Kiswahili and also offer online sessions for convenience and continuity. Sessions are paced to your needs—brief skills practice, reflective talking, and focused assessments when relevant—with practical tasks and brief check-ins between meetings to track change. This way of working suits people seeking steady, collaborative support to rebuild routines and process difficult feelings.
