About Me

I am a dedicated and compassionate wellness counsellor with five years of experience supporting adolescents, individuals, and communities in achieving optimal well-being. My practice is grounded in a holistic, client-centered approach that empowers clients to explore their unique needs and develop effective strategies for lasting wellness. Through our collaborative work, I aim to help clients cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and foster a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Approach

I help you cultivate a stronger sense of self by identifying daily patterns and introducing small, manageable changes that lead to lasting impact. Based in Kimberley, I offer flexible sessions in English or Sesotho, including online consultations. Between meetings, we maintain momentum with brief reflections and practice tasks. During sessions, we work collaboratively at a steady pace, prioritizing urgent issues, experimenting with coping strategies, and reflecting on progress. This approach is particularly suited to adolescents, parents, and community members seeking practical and sustainable balance in their lives.
