Licensed psychologist specialized in individual therapy from a contextual Cognitive-Behavioral framework, including DBT. I provide online therapy in Spanish for adults with anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, and high self-criticism. I work collaboratively, with practical, and compassionate approach.

My clinical work is grounded in a contextual Cognitive-Behavioral perspective, which focuses on understanding emotional experiences within their personal, relational, and environmental context. I integrate evidence-based strategies from DBT to support emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, and meaningful behavior change.
