As a Social Worker (BSCHWK Hons) and Family Therapist, I provide Counseling and assessments for all ages and genders. My approach includes focused play therapy sessions, providing a safe space for processing emotions. I help clients build resilience and move towards healing and healthier connections.

Approach

Conversations begin with your priorities and a gentle pace that balances listening, practical assessment and shared planning so we know where to focus next. In Durban or online, in English, sessions mix age-appropriate activities for children with reflective dialogue for adults, brief assessments when clarity is needed, and agreed steps between meetings to practise new skills or organise supports. Work is collaborative and steady, aimed at restoring day-to-day functioning and clearer connections. This way suits people and families coping with loss, trauma or relationship change.
