Mrs Fiona Gunasekara

Psychotherapist

I have over 20 years experience working with individual and couples. I am passionate about helping people to live their best lives. If you are reading this then you are possibly experiencing feelings that you are not comfortable with. Possibly low mood, sleep disturbances or uncontrollable emotions. I have been there! I aim to offer a blended way of working tailored to you and your individual needs and concerns. If you are ready to feel differently I am here to help.

About Me

With over 20 years experience, I offer a warm, integrative space for individuals and couples. I help clients explore personal challenges and relationship dynamics. We'll work together to understand your concerns, drawing on various approaches to find what truly fits. My aim is to support you in making sense of your experiences and finding a way forward. This tailored approach suits those seeking a flexible and deeply collaborative therapeutic journey.

Approach

Across my practice I favour steady, pragmatic sessions that gently uncover patterns beneath feelings and decisions. I offer face‑to‑face work in Otford, Sevenoaks and secure online appointments in English, so we can keep momentum whether you’re local or at a distance. In session I aim to offer a warm non judgemental space where you can explore your throughts and feelings and work towards a resolution of your current problems.
