Fiona Goldman

Counselor

I have learnt over the years what a privilege it is to be listened to and heard. And similarly, what a privilege it is to listen and hear.

About Me

I believe truly listening is the foundation of meaningful therapy. I offer a space where you can feel deeply heard, perhaps for the first time. This means exploring your experiences at your own pace, knowing your unique story matters. If you long for a place to speak freely and feel understood without judgment, we can work together. My aim is for you to leave sessions feeling seen and validated.

Approach

The care of being heard informs how I work: sessions move at your pace, tending family and relationship threads with curiosity and practical focus. In Swansea and online, in English, I combine attentive listening with gentle challenge, exploring parenting and LGBTQI+ concerns while helping you identify small experiments between meetings and offering advocacy when needed. This way of working suits adults seeking a steady, collaborative space to make sense of their relationships and decide clear next steps.
