We are an art therapy organisation based in Tudeley, Kent, United Kingdom. We provide counselling, grief and loss support, trauma and abuse counselling, stress management, and online therapy.

Providing a safe and confidential space, we move at your pace, offering calm, focused sessions that blend creativity with attentive listening. Based in Tonbridge and offering English-language appointments face-to-face and online, we shape each meeting around what feels manageable that week. We use art-based tasks alongside reflective dialogue and practical grounding techniques, pacing gently for trauma, grief or stress and suggesting simple between-session practices when helpful.
