About Me

When depression, anxiety, or life crises feel overwhelming, I offer a dedicated space to explore their deeper meanings. As a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I help children, adolescents, and adults, including couples, unravel long-standing patterns. We work together to understand the roots of distress, fostering lasting change. Parents facing challenges find my support helps them navigate complex family dynamics and build resilience.

Approach

Acknowledging how past relationships shape present pain, I attend closely to what emerges in the room and gently name patterns so they become more understandable and changeable. In Genoa, Milan or via secure online sessions in Italian or English, we move between quiet reflection and focused practical steps, pacing work to each person's capacity. Between meetings I encourage simple experiments in daily life and bring relational observations back into the session for careful exploration. This way often helps parents, adolescents, couples and adults seeking durable insight and relief.
