About Me

I have been a therapist for 25 years, and continue studying cutting edge modalities to bring lasting change. I work in Rosebank, Johannesburg and online.

Approach

When unexpected challenges arrive, I meet you with steady focus, mapping immediate stressors and longer-term patterns so each session has clear direction and purpose. I offer English sessions in-person and online, tailoring tempo to your workday and energy. Sessions blend reflective dialogue with simple, brain‑informed approached and relational skills you can try between meetings, so insights become lived changes. This way of working often helps people juggling demanding jobs, creative work, or shifting relationships find clearer footing. When life presents its challenges, I offer a supportive space for growth and adjustment. I help professionals, creative leaders, individuals, and couples navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Through talk therapy, we can explore these experiences, building understanding and practical ways forward. My approach helps you find clarity and adjust to life's shifts, fostering resilience for your unique path.
