About Me
As an integrative counsellor, I offer a supportive, adaptable space for your therapeutic journey. I guide individuals through short-term or long-term therapy, shaping our work around your unique needs. Sessions are available indoors, remotely, or outside in nature, providing a calm, confidential environment. This flexibility suits clients seeking varied settings to explore their challenges and build resilience. I work in English and French, helping you find clarity and develop practical strategies.
Approach
Human beings are like fine ecosystem and sometimes we are thrown out of balance and feel overwhelmed, lost or in need of clarification. And sharing your story in a warm and confidential space can then prove beneficial. Exploring together what's troubling you might imply looking at your present and past experiences and relationships, as well as your place in the wider world and your more unconscious processes.
At times, I might suggest to work with images and metaphors, mindfulness, somatic practices and / or nature-based practices to further explore what’s troubling you or offer some specific support.
I’ll provide you with a space where you can talk freely, while being supported in an empathic and exploratory way. My aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your environment and identify new resources, thus gaining a greater freedom in your choices.
