About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, family conflict, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, culturally sensitive, attachment-based, and integrative, combining evidence-based methods such as EFT, ACT, CBT, Gottman Method, RLT, and Brainspotting to support meaningful healing and lasting change. I work collaboratively with clients to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and build healthier relationship patterns. I offer therapy in both English and Turkish and am licensed to provide therapy in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences. I work from an attachment-based and integrative perspective, helping individuals and couples better understand how past experiences, relationship patterns, and emotional wounds may be impacting their current lives and connections. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and Brainspotting to support healing, emotional regulation, improved communication, and deeper connection. Alongside insight and reflection, I provide practical tools and psychoeducation to help clients create meaningful and lasting change in their relationships and overall well-being.
