Ms Esha Patnaik

Psychotherapist

Experienced psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents on a range of themes spanning self exploration, identity and clinical diagnoses. Consultation is exclusively online. Please do not contact for in-person sessions or to work with children. Consultation days: Monday-Friday.

About Me

I am an experienced psychotherapist offering online consultation to adults and adolescents. I have a primarily narrative focus in working with clients on themes that include self exploration, identity, clinical diagnoses and understanding of socio cultural influences on personality. I also work with organisations seeking to conduct employee assistance programmes. My work spans facilitating leadership skills development and designing inclusive work cultures.

Approach

I offer multi lingual sessions, primarily in English, Odia and Hindi, and have a fair understanding of several other Indian languages. Sessions are conducted via video conferencing, by prior appointment. My approach is primarily narrative and is founded on affirmative practices, inviting clients from a range of race, culture, gender, religious and linguistic identities. If you are keen on self exploration, want to develop understanding of your personal and social circumstances, are looking for psychotherapeutic support for a clinical diagnosis, or want to develop professional-social behavioural skills, please reach out for a quick discussion. Interactions are aimed at facilitating your awareness and skill development, and not on offering solutions to specific problems.
