Licensed Psychologist

A licensed psychologist and narrative therapist, with a long-standing commitment to social justice and community work. Working predominantly at the intersection of gender, migration, and mental health between Greece and Canada.

About Me

I support mental health by working collaboratively with the stories people bring, especially where questions of gender, identity, and social context arise. Grounded in a long-standing commitment to social justice and community work, I offer a compassionate space where your experiences can be explored with care and curiosity. Having worked in Greece, Canada, and the UK in a variety of supportive roles since 2013, I collaborate with clients to re-author the narratives that shape their lives. This approach is well-suited for anyone seeking an affirming, culturally attuned perspective on their well-being.

Approach

Based in Athens and connecting with people across Greece and internationally, I hold conversations that invite reflection on how personal stories are shaped by, and connected to, the wider social and relational worlds we inhabit. Together, we explore these narratives to uncover new meanings and possibilities that align with your values and aspirations. Sessions move at a pace that feels right for you. We weave narrative noticing with trauma-informed practices and occasional mindfulness exercises, and I may offer brief reflections or small invitations between meetings to support ongoing co-exploration. The work tends to feel collaborative and curious, like slowly rearranging the pieces of daily life so they sit closer to what matters most to you. This approach is particularly suited to people navigating questions of gender, relocation, or cultural transitions; anyone seeking thoughtful, grounded change and a companion in making sense of life's transitions.
