About Me
Approach
Services
I meet each person where they are holistically (mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually). I don't use a cookie-cutter approach and will tailor treatment to what fits the client's goals, needs, personality, and concerns. I perform a full bio-psycho-social-spiritual intake and collaborate with the client on creating goals to work on during the therapy.
I'd like to help close the doors that need closing in someone's life, open the doors that need to be opened, and explore rooms that haven't been explored in order to help someone find more direction, lasting change, and fulfillment. I'm flexible in my sessions: if we need to speak about something that has come up aside from what is planned with goals, I am more than welcome to accommodate.
I will use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), ART (accelerated resolution therapy), DBT-informed strategies (dialectical behaviour therapy), solution-focused strategies, creative arts tools, resiliency training, and mindfulness skills in my practice. My approaches are done in collaboration with the client and if it fits their goals, personal needs, and challenges they are wanting to overcome.
