Equanimity Wellness provides KAP for depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction and OCD.

About Us

We are a mental health practice in Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa. We offer counseling and individual therapy to help you manage stress, relationships, and life changes.

Approach

Based in Sandton, we shape therapy around careful preparation, paced sessions and clear anchors so clients feel safe exploring deeper material. Sessions move between focused talk, experiential work and guided integration days, with practical strategies to use between meetings and gentle check-ins to track progress in English. When medication-supported experiences are part of care, they’re framed with measurable goals, real-time support and structured integration afterward. People seeking a deliberate, collaborative and research-minded process tend to find this a good fit.
