About Us
We are an art therapy organisation based in Ladismith, Western Cape, South Africa. We provide counselling, trauma and addiction counselling, child protection, and advocacy using art-based therapy for individuals and families.
Approach
Rooted in community health work around HIV, TB and outreach, we make space for hands-on creative tasks and gentle check-ins that help people name what’s happening in body and story. In our Ladismith studio and through bilingual support, sessions move between short, focused studio experiments and quieter talk, with simple art prompts to carry between meetings when useful. Collaboration guides choices—clients set pace, we adapt materials and safety plans to each context. This approach suits those seeking practical, expressive ways to heal and stay connected.
