About Me
Approach
My approach is client centered and integrative. I aim to create a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard and empowered. I draw from EMDR, mindfulness, systemic and narrative therapy. Cultural sensitivity, emotional presence and mutual responsibility are key elements in the therapeutic process.

I offer individual therapy for adults, youth and families, both online and in person in Belgium. My approach is client centered, trauma informed and culturally sensitive.
