About Me

I specialise in supporting individuals through significant life transitions. When life brings big changes, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or uncertain. I offer a calm, collaborative space to explore these shifts. We can make sense of new feelings and discover a clearer path forward together. Online Counseling is available, providing flexible support that fits into your schedule. My aim is to help you navigate change with greater clarity.

Approach

When big changes arrive, we shift from feeling stuck to noticing practical steps and meaning together. Sessions are offered online from Co. Meath, Ireland and are in English, French or Spanish, paced to suit your rhythm and often blend short coaching prompts with reflective conversation. In-session I help you name priorities, try small experiments between meetings, and use mindful practices to manage stress, grief or identity questions as they come. People seeking steadier footing during transitions tend to find this practical, gentle approach helpful.
