Mrs Elzani Kotzé

Specialist Wellness Counselor

I have counselled individuals from all walks of life, including children, teenagers, higher education students, adults, individuals with addiction backgrounds, as well as neurodivergent individuals. Through these experiences, I have developed a deep appreciation for the resilience and strength of the human spirit.

About Me

As a compassionate Specialist Wellness Counsellor, my goal is to empower you. My practice supports individuals to grow from their struggles, heal from pain, and unlock their highest potential. I endeavor to provide a supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace while working through difficult emotions and experiences, develop healthier ways of being, work together in finding solutions, and gradually move toward a more authentic self and fulfilling life.

Approach

In my practice, I integrate various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. I have training in childhood trauma, group therapy, CBT & DBT techniques, as well as grief counselling. I make use of a variety of therapeutic techniques, but mainly focus on narrative and client-centered counselling. Whether it's helping a couple navigate the complexities of their relationship, supporting someone through their grieving process, or providing a gentle and empowering environment to process painful trauma experiences, my goal is always to facilitate growth and positive change.
