Mrs Elyza Bertuzzi

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in working with Adolescents, and Adults to address trauma, depression, anxiety, body image, self esteem, and working with LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults. I strive to support each individual in determining their own goals and helping them to find success.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for adolescents and adults navigating challenges like trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem. I also specialise in helping LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults explore body image concerns. My approach centres on guiding you to determine your own unique goals. Together, we can build on your strengths, helping you find a path to success that truly resonates. This collaborative style makes me a good match for those seeking personal empowerment.

Approach

Sessions focus on gentle curiosity about the stories you carry and how those patterns show up in your body, relationships, and daily routines. I work from my Auburn, Massachusetts office and online in English, keeping a steady, attuned pace so you set the rhythm and I follow with focused listening and practical experiments between meetings. We attend to sensations, self-talk, and small behavioral shifts together, using mindfulness and somatic attention to anchor change. This way of working often fits teens and young adults wrestling with identity, body image, or persistent overwhelm.
