Sessions move at your pace, taking place in Eaux-Vives in English or French, where I hold a calm, confidential space and attend closely to what matters to you. We focus on small, practical steps between meetings—gentle experiments, breathing or grounding practices and short reflections—that help untangle anxiety, burnout or the weight of chronic illness and life changes.
