About Me

I am a warm and compassionate psychologist, dedicated to helping you navigate life's difficulties. I aim to guide you in understanding your challenges, using practical strategies rooted in a CBT approach. Together, we can explore new ways to build upon your existing strengths and abilities. This approach is ideal for clients seeking concrete tools to foster resilience and create positive change.

Approach

My work focuses on collaborative, practical steps that fit your priorities, with sessions balancing short-term skill-building and gentle exploration of difficult memories. In my Melbourne clinic we work in English, keeping clear agendas, paced check-ins and between-session tasks tailored to school, work or family demands. For anxiety, attentional differences, mood or trauma I use structured exercises—thought records, behavioural experiments, grounding and attention strategies—and we review what changed together. This approach tends to suit adolescents and adults aiming for steady, achievable progress.
