Ms Elisa Martinez

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Anxious overthinking, perfectionist people-pleasing and self-doubting insecurity don’t need to be life sentences! I offer experienced, non-judgmental and compassionate therapy for day-to-day anxiety relief and deep, transformative healing of overwhelm, trauma and your “inner critic.”

About Me

I understand the exhaustion of constant overthinking and self-doubt. My compassionate online therapy offers a safe space to unravel these patterns. We work together to find daily anxiety relief. We also explore overwhelm, trauma, and quiet your inner critic. This approach helps people-pleasers and perfectionists build a more confident, authentic life.

Approach

Hopeful relief often begins by slowing the momentum of racing thoughts and gently unpacking the habits that keep you stuck, then moving into practical, paced work that feels doable. Sessions are collaborative and steady — in English or Spanish, from my Aromas practice or online — where we notice body signals, test kinder self-talk, and practice small experiments between meetings. I bring trauma-informed pacing and focused attention to help settle overwhelm and loosen self-doubt. This way of working tends to fit perfectionists and people seeking clear, compassionate steps toward more calm.
