Services
The COVID crisis has been difficult for so many of us. I continue to offer videoconference and phone sessions during this time, and I have space for new clients.
I come alongside my clients and help them achieve personal growth, healing, and well-being. Clients come to see me for many different reasons... anxiety, depression, anger, mood swings, stress, relationship difficulties, unwanted habits, traumatic life events, career concerns, or other issues. These struggles and challenges can be overcome with help and support. I have over 15 years of experience helping individuals in non-profit organizations, government agencies, and faith communities. I offer a supportive and personalized approach for each client, and can utilize several different techniques and strategies.
Treatment approaches that I use include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to restructure negative & unhelpful thought patterns; Emotionally-Focussed Therapy and attachment theory to foster healthy relationships and emotional growth; relaxation & mindfulness tools for emotional regulation; and Observed & Experiential Integration Therapy to resolve past traumas.
Life is a journey. At times, it is a difficult one that is full of challenges, but you don't need to take on those struggles alone. Please contact me and we can discuss whether I can help you on your journey.
