About Me

Hello, my name is Elazar Roytgarts and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist. I hold a master's degree in Counselling Psychology. My area of specialization is children, adolescents, youth, adults, the elderly, and couples. I am trained and experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Solution-Focused-Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Gottman's Method of Couples Therapy.
