Ms Drishti Jaisingh, MA

Psychological Counselor

An Indian, trauma-informed psychological counsellor practising with individuals, couples and groups, helping them understand themselves better and lead lives to their full potential.

About Me

I offer trauma-informed and queer-affirmative support, guiding individuals, couples, and groups. My aim is to help you understand yourself more deeply, fostering a path towards your full potential. As an Indian psychologist, I create a safe space where your unique experiences are truly seen and heard. We can explore past hurts or present challenges, moving at your own pace. This approach is ideal for those seeking to navigate identity or build resilience after difficult events.

Approach

My work centers on attentive, paced curiosity that helps you make sense of patterns, whether around relationships, attention, mood or big life changes. I meet people in Berlin and online, offering sessions in English and Hindi/Urdu, and hold couples and group spaces when that connection helps the work. In sessions we map triggers, test small shifts between meetings, and process difficult memories with steady regulation so change feels manageable. This way often fits those navigating identity, loss, relocation or periods of transition.
