About Us
We are a mental health practice in Silver Lakes, Gauteng, South Africa. We provide counseling, relationship counseling, group therapy, and psychological and diagnostic assessments. Our registered counseling psychologists work with individuals, couples, and families.
Approach
At my Pretoria practice I focus on how families, couples and teenagers negotiate change, turning moments of conflict into steps toward clearer connection. Sessions, offered in English and Afrikaans or via secure online meetings, move at a practical pace — short check-ins, focused conversation and concrete experiments to try between meetings. I blend curiosity with clear structure: we map patterns, test small behavioural shifts and use reflective questions to rebuild communication and trust. This collaborative, hands-on way often helps parents, young people and partners ready to make real change.
