Registered Clinical Psychologists

Hi, I’m Ilan! I’m a Clinical Psychologist and Co-Founder of Connect Psychology (www.connectpsychology.ae). I would love to tell you a bit more about myself, as I realise selecting a psychologist can be a tough task!

About Me

I understand that selecting the right psychologist can feel like a significant decision. My aim is to create a calm, confidential space where you can openly explore thoughts and feelings. Together, we can gently unpack challenges and discover practical ways forward. My collaborative approach focuses on building trust, so you feel truly heard and supported. For anyone seeking clarity and a path through uncertainty, I am here to guide you.

Approach

When people arrive unsure I work alongside them to map what matters most and set clear, manageable steps toward change. Sessions—in Dubai or online, conducted in English—move at a steady, collaborative pace, mixing focused conversation with gentle experiments or reflections to try between meetings. Assessment-informed, values-led techniques help address anxiety, transitions, relationship strains and burnout, with regular check-ins to adjust pace and priorities. This approach tends to suit adolescents, adults, couples and families wanting practical progress alongside greater self-understanding.
