As an experienced US military veteran clinician, I help adolescents, adults, and all configured couples navigate life's challenges. With over two decades in practice, I offer eclectic talk therapy. We integrate insights from CBT, DBT, and even nutritional psychology. I bring a caring approach and a good sense of humour to our sessions. This blend helps diverse clients find practical ways forward in a supportive space.

I focus on practical, down-to-earth work that breaks problems into manageable steps and keeps us moving at a steady, predictable pace. In sessions we prioritize clear goals, short experiments, and honest conversation—mixing focused questioning with moments of levity so difficult topics feel more bearable. Between meetings I often ask for simple tracking or small practice tasks to test what’s changing and where we adjust.
