About Me
As a Child Psychotherapist, I believe every young person holds unique strengths and inner resources for healing. My approach centres on building a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship where children feel truly seen and understood. Approach
Honouring each child's individuality, I create a predictable, slow-paced rhythm in sessions that helps them feel steady and curious. In my Gent practice, working in Dutch, English or French, that often looks like a mix of play, storytelling and simple body-based noticing so children can name and tolerate difficult feelings. For worries, relationship strains or past hurts I use trauma-informed techniques alongside practical experiments and regular check-ins with parents to extend change beyond the room.
