I integrate various evidence-based therapies that combine deep exploration and practical strategies in a supportive, collaborative manner to help you improve your relationships, as well as cope with, and ultimately grow and thrive in the face of life’s challenges.

Approach

I integrate various evidence-based approaches demonstrated to be most effective for the issues that are present for each individual or couple.
