About Me
Approach
Devika practices solution focused approach in which the focus is not the problem but finding a doable solution by the client.
She also uses CBT techniques to correct certain cognitive distortions that may be developed in the client and works though journals, worksheets etc. to rectify those thinking patterns.
NLP techniques are often used by her to correct the harmful negative self talk a client may be doing with oneself and through NLP these patterns are broken to make the client capable of doing positive, constructive self talk and change the weak mindset into a powerful one.
She also uses an Existential approach to renew the value which a client may attach to one's existence, correcting the flawed patterns.
Mindfulness is also an approach used by her to add more gratitude in a clients life which he may be presently overlooking and not giving much value to it.
