About Me

Feeling overwhelmed by self-doubt or anxiety? I offer a compassionate space for adolescents, young adults, and women to navigate emotional challenges. We'll work together using practical approaches like mindfulness, building your confidence and resilience. My aim is to help you understand your experiences and empower you to create a more fulfilling life. You'll find a skilled partner in your journey.

Approach

When anxiety or self-doubt feels loud, I guide gentle experiments that change how you notice and respond to difficult thoughts. In my online sessions, I offer English and Hindi options so you can work in the language that feels most natural. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs, and practical homework that builds small wins between meetings. People juggling study, work, or big life changes often find this way of working steadying and practical. If you just want to talk about everyday life struggles, that is welcomed too.
