Deborah Warman-Freed

Psychotherapist (Registered)

A UKCP registered, well-qualified, experienced, and friendly psychotherapist and EMDR therapist with practices in Hove and London but currently offering online sessions exclusively.

About Me

As an experienced and friendly psychotherapist, I offer a warm, supportive space for you to explore what's on your mind. We can gently process difficult experiences, including using EMDR therapy when helpful. My aim is to help you navigate challenges and find a way forward. Online sessions mean you can connect from the comfort of your home, making support accessible and flexible.

Approach

Working online from home, I help you notice patterns and settle overwhelming moments so we can gently approach painful memories when you're ready. Sessions are steady and collaborative: we check in about what feels most urgent, use focused talking and EMDR elements to reduce distress, and plan small steps between meetings to try out different ways of coping. People facing loss, trauma or life change often find this paced, practical attention easier to hold alongside daily life.
