Dr Deborah Bryon
Jungian Analyst
“With over 25 years of clinical experience as a psychologist, I integrate psychotherapy and Jungian psychoanalysis, with insights from Andean shamanic traditions in a holistic framework for healing. I work trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions in a safe, compassionate space. Couples and individuals.”
About Me
Approach
You may come to therapy because familiar patterns keep repeating, even when you understand the story you tell yourself about them. In our work together, we attend to what is shaping your inner life beneath those narratives—unconscious patterns, emotional currents, and symbolic images that influence how you relate, create, and find meaning. From a Jungian perspective, these patterns are not problems to eliminate but expressions of the deeper psyche seeking recognition and transformation. My work is informed by years of work with Indigenous Andean medicine practices, supporting the re-connection of parts of the psyche that have become separated or forced to function on their own. Together, we work toward restoring contact, vitality, and a fuller sense of inner coherence.

Services
I am a licensed psychologist and Diplomate Jungian psychoanalyst with over 25 years of clinical experience, working exclusively in a virtual setting. I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and periods of deep psychological or spiritual change. My approach integrates Jungian psychoanalysis, EMDR, and insights drawn from Indigenous Andean healing traditions, with particular attention to dreams, imagery, and the wisdom of the body. Therapy is relational and reflective, offering a compassionate space to explore unconscious patterns, reconnect with parts of the self that may feel lost or fragmented, and restore a sense of meaning and inner continuity. Alongside my clinical work, I write, teach, and speak internationally on the integration of depth psychology, trauma, and indigenous wisdom.
