Psychological intervention is not only intended to prevent or treat mental illness, but also to promote well-being and encourage thoughtful reflection on oneself, others, and relationships. At its core, my work aims to help individuals recognize and develop the potential that exists within each one of us.

About Me

I work with individuals who wish to explore more than just their symptoms. My approach supports well-being while encouraging reflection on yourself, others, and the relationships that shape your life. In our sessions, we work collaboratively to deepen self-understanding and uncover personal resources that may not yet be fully recognized. This process is particularly suited to those seeking meaningful insight, emotional clarity, and practical ways to engage with their inner strengths and everyday challenges.

Approach

I invite curiosity that turns naming patterns into practical changes in daily life. In Lisbon and online, in Portuguese, English or Italian, sessions are paced, attentive and conversational, giving space for both emotional depth and everyday problem-solving. Through reflective conversation and targeted assessment, we explore how past experiences shape current ways of coping with anxiety, stress, trauma, and relational difficulties. From there, we begin to experiment with new responses and perspectives between sessions. People who are seeking greater self-understanding alongside steady, practical change often find this way of working helpful.
