About Me
As a Black male therapist, I offer an empathetic and understanding space. I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, children, and adolescents, from ages 5 to 75. All are welcome, including LGBTQ+ clients. My aim is to honour and celebrate your unique journey and identity. Together, we can explore your experiences, helping you feel truly seen and understood.
Approach
I shape sessions to fit your story—practical, paced, and respectful of where you are emotionally and developmentally. In Rancho Cucamonga or through secure online meetings, we use focused check-ins, paced processing, and simple between-session practices to steady attention, regulate mood, and make sense of loss or traumatic moments. Sessions balance skill-building with space for narrative work, so shifts feel real and sustainable. Those juggling attention differences, grief, mood or relationship strain often find this steady, collaborative way especially helpful.
