Mx Danielle West

Licensed Professional Counselor

Using a variety of modalities from talk therapy, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, family systems therapy, existential therapy and hypnotherapy, together we can discover your strengths through integrated therapy.

About Me

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed is common. I believe you hold unique strengths and offer an integrated approach to help you discover them. We can explore various modalities, like narrative therapy, to gain new perspectives. Together, we'll build practical ways forward. This flexible, client-centred style suits those ready to understand themselves and navigate life with renewed confidence.

Approach

Therapy unfolds from that stuck place by gently tracking what shows up in your body, the stories you repeat, and the patterns in your relationships so we can try small, manageable shifts. In Bangkok or online, in English, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace—sometimes somatic grounding, sometimes slow re-authoring—with room for brief guided imagery and practical experiments between meetings. You’ll get clear reflections, gentle challenges and doable steps to practice. This way of working tends to suit people navigating trauma, burnout, major transitions or persistent anxiety.
