I listen closely and gently reflect links between emotions, past experiences and present reactions, using focused interpretation and space for free association to help you notice recurring themes. Between sessions I may suggest brief reflections or assessments to track shifts in mood and anxiety so our work stays grounded and practical. This approach often suits people seeking deeper understanding of grief, persistent anxiety or mood changes.
