We explore emotional patterns together, building secure bonds. This approach is ideal for partners seeking to move beyond conflict or past hurts. We find new ways to relate in a safe space where both voices are truly heard and valued.
Approach
I track the small ruptures couples bring and gently invite curiosity about the needs and fears driving those moments, guiding partners toward new patterns of responding. Sessions are held in Lisbon or online in English, paced to fit busy lives with room for reflection between meetings and occasional check-ins when transitions feel raw. I use sensory noticing, reflective questions and gentle enactments so partners can practice new responses in-session and take them home. This way of working tends to help adults and couples ready to shift habitual distance or escalation.
