About Me

I am a practicing licensed marriage and family therapist since 2005. I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families via Telehealth in Oregon, California, Georgia, South Carolina, New York, and Lisbon, Portugal. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from San Francisco State University 2003 and my Master Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco in 2005. CIIS Integral Counseling Psychology program is a program that combines major spiritual traditions of the East and West and contemporary therapeutic practices. The holistic orientation of this unique counseling program taught me how to support clients in their personal vision using modern theoretical approaches that are a blend of East and West psychological practices.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is informed by attachment and humanistic system theories and trauma-informed methods of care. I am a certified 2nd level PACT therapist. I use PACT methods of care to support the couples with whom I work with. I am a steady, engaging, and compassionate therapist. I am attentive to the goals you set forth for yourself in therapy and collaborate with you on how to create the life you wish to thrive in.
