About Me

You'll find a private, confidential space here, designed for open conversation. As the Professional I offer a non-judgmental, holistic, and multicultural approach to support your unique journey. This means all parts of your experience are welcome, fostering understanding and growth. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, helping you explore concerns in a safe, respectful setting.

Approach

You’ll enter a quiet space where confidentiality is prioritised, and I attend to cultural and whole-person concerns as we explore what matters to you. I offer in-person sessions in Johannesburg and online, and I work in English and several local languages so you can speak in the words that feel most natural. Sessions move at your pace—assessment and collaborative planning shape short-term goals, practical coping tools, and careful trauma work, with simple exercises to try between meetings. Adolescents, parents and couples often find this steady, respectful way of working helpful.
