About Me

My passion for helping people has been part of me for as long as I can remember. As a young person, I was endlessly curious about what helps us grow, heal, and thrive — reading self-help books, attending personal growth events, and exploring what it truly means to live well. That curiosity became a calling, and in 2011 I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a First Class degree in Humanistic Counselling. Since graduating, I went on to study intuition extensively, I also studied and taught Polyvagal Theory (the story of human nervous system). I have lost the count of the amount of books I have read on various topics and workshops attended. That hasn't stopped, I am still constantly learning and growing. Alongside all my never ending learning, I have spent years supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and emotional overwhelm. What I have learned is that none of our struggles exist in isolation — there is always a story beneath them. Every feeling, every struggle, makes sense in the context of your life. Because of that, I have worked with a wide range of underlying issues, struggles and personal challenges that are shaped by how we see ourselves and the world, by wiring of our nervous system and ultimately what we ourselves end up giving the power to - knowingly or not. At the heart of my work is a deep belief: you are not broken, and you do not need fixing. I see you as a whole person — someone who already holds all of the wisdom, strength, answers and insights needed to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. When you feel stuck, hurting, or lost, it is usually because past experiences have created blocks that make it difficult to access that inner knowing, to access your own answers. My role is not to tell you what to do or how to live your life. I do not have your answers — only you do. My role is to walk alongside you and to help you to connect with your own truth. Together, we will gently explore what has shaped you, identify what may be holding you back, and create space for you to reconnect with your own answers providing you with clarity and truth. In our work together, we will also explore how we function as human beings, what truly matters to you, and the experiences you would like to process. You will get to know yourself better which naturally leads to deeper understanding of self, greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-belief, and confidence. In other words - you experience greater inner pace which is a must for a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. And from there, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible. It would be an honour to support you on your journey. I look forward to working with you.

Approach

When we work together, the focus is always you — your pace, your values, your unique way of experiencing the world. Our sessions are a space where you can slow down, breathe, and gently explore what truly matters to you. I offer online sessions in both English and Latvian, creating a flexible and comfortable environment wherever you are. Our time together often flows in a natural rhythm: brief check-ins to ground ourselves, space for deeper exploration, and simple, agreed steps you can take between sessions if that feels supportive. My approach blends warm, reflective listening with thoughtful, practical guidance. You’ll have the opportunity not only to understand yourself more deeply, but also to experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others — building emotional clarity, steadier choices, and greater confidence over time. If you’re longing for clearer direction, a stronger sense of self, and greater wellbeing, this gentle yet purposeful way of working may feel like the right fit for you.
