About Me
Approach
My approach combines the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with the empathy and depth of person-centered counselling, while drawing on insights from neuroscience about how the brain and body process stress, emotion, and sensory experiences. I aim to create a calm and understanding space where diversity is respected and supported.

Services
I offer counselling across two primary areas of practice: The first is individual counselling for neurodivergent adults, with a particular focus on neurodivergent burnout, including autistic burnout and ADHD burnout. I work with clients who experience chronic exhaustion, sensory overwhelm, emotional overload, and executive functioning challenges, often linked to long-term masking, caregiving roles, or high-demand environments. The second is couples and relationship counselling, with an inclusive and queer-affirming approach.
