Registered Counselor

verified by TherapyRoute

A qualified counsellor and psychometrist with international experience supporting clients in the private, workplace and in educational settings.

About Me

I offer a grounded space to explore life's varied challenges, whether personal, workplace, or educational. My international background provides a broad perspective on diverse experiences. Together, we can make sense of what feels overwhelming and build practical ways forward. I aim to help you gain clarity and develop strategies that fit your unique situation.

Approach

My approach combines the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with the empathy and depth of person-centered counselling, while drawing on insights from neuroscience about how the brain and body process stress, emotion, and sensory experiences. I aim to create a calm and understanding space where diversity is respected and supported.

Basic Information

Services

I offer counselling across two primary areas of practice: The first is individual counselling for neurodivergent adults, with a particular focus on neurodivergent burnout, including autistic burnout and ADHD burnout. I work with clients who experience chronic exhaustion, sensory overwhelm, emotional overload, and executive functioning challenges, often linked to long-term masking, caregiving roles, or high-demand environments. The second is couples and relationship counselling, with an inclusive and queer-affirming approach.
