Registered Counselor

I am currently accepting new clients for online counselling across BC. Together, we'll create practical tools and coping strategies that fit your life while exploring the deeper patterns, experiences, or wounds that may be contributing to what you're going through. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and support meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. Free 15-minute consultations are available.

About Me

I offer a supportive online space to collaboratively address life's challenges. My approach helps you understand the deeper roots of your pain, fostering lasting awareness and positive change. Together, we will co-create practical coping strategies for your everyday life. This is ideal if you are ready to explore your experiences and actively develop new ways forward. Free consultations are available to begin.

Approach

I take a person-centered approach to counselling drawing on different modalities and therapies as needed and I request feedback form clients to see how they are doing and how the process works for them.
